On the 28 April 2009 at the age of 49 I finally made the decision that I would enter the London Marathon and become FAST AT 50.
I knew that getting a place in the London Marathon was no easy task, but also knew that if I did not do it at 50 I would never do it. |
And what better way to ensure that I do is by announcing it here on my personal blog. Those of you who have set goals before will know that the more you tell yourself and others that you are going to do something then the more likely it will happen. That’s why I have decided to go on camera and tell you all about it, plus you can follow my progress on this blog, and see my goal setting in action.
